Overall
5 Star Company

I just wanted to say that my husband is employeed with RLW, & I cant speak on every hard working man & womens part, but what I do know is that they aknowlede there employees for there hard work, & most of all there SAFETY!! I do not agree with the below review that has been made about RLW!!! You CANNOT speak on behalf of everyone else that may work for the company!! The managment, & Superintendits have ALOT on there plates & they do make efforts to perform as much as they can, I cant even imagine all the time & efforts they have made to make sure everything is running right every single day!!! I know that RLW is a great employer to be employed at my husband gets tooken care very well!!

Hmmm

RLW is a leader in Utah Construction, there really is no doubt in that but where they fail is to utilize or see that some of their Management, Superintendents and even owners... are not even close to performing. Sometimes in projects, the construction management is complete gone. The hardest thing I saw was how the management treated the hard work men and women, no credit or thank you was ever given and at most there was a lot of backstabbing. But the positive side was the way the took there projects to another level, in all aspects.
