This company is dishonest. I packed up my 2 year old and drove 50 miles to test drive a truck they had listed. After driving, we saw another gentleman waiting to test drive. Alfredo said he would have his mechanic look into the rattling and get back to us. The next day we told him we were still interested and had our other vehicle break down completely and we were without a car and borrowing. He said he was fixing the problems and would have it back that day but we were first up in buying the vehicle (but we saw he JUST relisted the vehicle at a higher price online?? - TURNS OUT he was negotiating with another buyer to buy it for more!!). The next morning, he texted us that he sold it to the owners cousin (which from a review of the person who bought the truck, turns out was a lie). Which we are fully aware they relisted at a higher price and hurry and sold it. Not an honest company, so beware whatever they tell you or promise you. (Oh, and owner - check your test drive list for Jeremy. So you don't claim that you don't see him as you did with all your bad reviews. He took off of work to drive. And maybe don't promise it to customers who struggled with crying toddlers and drove hours to test your vehicles you weren't planning on selling at the price you had listed).

Initially I thought based on my experience with this dealership that they were an ethical professional car dealership. The first time I put the car (2006 Toyota Sequoia with 115k miles on it) into drive there was an immediate throttle issue. I drove it to a local, highly reputable auto service center, where they did a full review of the car. Turns out the car has severe rust damage and needs thousands of dollars in maintenance and repairs to be a viable car! They are an unethical and unprofessional dealership which has no problem selling unfit cars to it's customers. Avoid.
The dealership buttons up half broken down cars and sell them to you without disclosing any faults and simply throws "sold as is" at last second to prevent you coming back as soon as the car breaks down.
The only one worth working with at this dealership is Alfredo. We weren't sure about this dealership because no one's heard of it and there aren't any reviews, but they had the vehicle and the price we wanted so we decided to give it a try. Dan/Chad was the first contact we had off the KSL ad but when he got to the dealership he wasn't even in UT and acted annoyed that we were calling him (business bothers you???). The other salesman we talked to just gave us the number of Alfredo, didn't even bother transferring us or seeing what he could help us with. Alfredo is the man. Period. He went out of his way-that's saying a lot for an auto salesman- to see what we were looking for, answered all our questions, was very patient and not in any way pushy or overbearing. His honesty and excellent customer service won us over. It took us an extra day to get everything settled with our auto loan and he was very understanding-went above and beyond, exceeded our expectations with our buying experience. Alfredo totally made this an outstanding experience for us.
So great to work with they went above and beyond!!! Thanks Gavin
