If I could give Lone Peak Family Medicine a -500 I would. I actually enjoyed my PA Breonny Stoddard but the front office staff along with the medical assistants need a lot of work on Patient Service. I wasted more time and energy trying to discuss a bill with anyone that would try to help and was told I would have someone get right back with me. No one ever did. When I called to let the Office Manager Jill know I hadn't heard from anyone and expressed my frustration I was told I can take my records and go elsewhere. That is how much they care about their patients. Do not go here! I have never experienced at any doctor's office what I have here. The front office is a joke, they have no Customer Service and they overcharge along with it for ridiculous things they call "procedures". There are much better clinics out there! I am mine and my husbands records from here.

The surgery center and the doctor were great. However, the business office that handles billing is so hard to work with. I tried to call with billing questions and could not get anyone to call back. Then a letter was sent that stated that they feel their office was fair with my bill and because I have ignored their repeated requests they have sent me to collections. I did call them many times but could not get them to return my calls.
After having the Dr. accuse me of being a needle drug user and examining me for track marks, then going on to tell me how important I stop using needle drugs and get help. He found no track marks but continued asking me where I injected my drugs. I offered to give a blood sample (which was taken), so he could treat me for why I was there rather than falsely accuse me of being a needle drug user. After the Dr discharged me, the male nurse was so busy flirting with a young blond nurse that after an hour of listening to them flirt, I finally removed my own IV and left. I hope to never need this hospital facility again.
