        Dan is phenomenal

        I am not sure if we can fit all the wonderful things Dan did for us in such a short space, but can tell you that we could not have found the home we had been looking for without Dan.

        Dan was always available to show us homes and was even proactive enough to make appointments for us to see homes that he thought we would like. He knew I was not from the area and even drove me around Dracut to show me

        some neighborhoods we may like. He offered to do a mailing for us to neighborhoods we liked, to see if anyone was looking to sell. Every time he met with us, we felt as though we were his only client. We learned afterward just how busy he was...but he always made us feel as though we were his top priority. He answered my multiple daily calls with

        professionalism and never got impatient..

        He was there with us on the day of our home inspection and advocated for a timely closing with a not so timely builder.

        He really guided us through the process and made it seem easy. We cant imagine how hard it must be for those who did not have Dan as their realtor and are so thankful for all that he did. He went above and beyond for us daily and I truly believe that he does this for everyone. He even stopped over on our moving day to see how we were doing!
