Neal's Collision Center

On January 19th 2018 my daughters car was towed to Neals Collision in Dracut, MA. After a car accident - Neals told her dad he will get to it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by she calls, and for weeks continuing she and her dad were being told all different lies. Week One “we’re waiting for the car to get on the lift” The next week, “we’re still waiting” then it turned into “another car is in front of you” then “ we’re wait on parts” and “the paint is coming in tomorrow” and “we found something wrong we need one more week” Mind you the 7500.00 check was cashed on 1/25/2018. . Eric Fanning the Owner Refused to return any of my daughters or her dads calls. Finally week 9 , March 18, 2018 my daughter goes by Neals with her father and SURPRISE they found the car under snow NEVER EVER touched so. They NEVER looked at it. Eric (the owner) even admitted to not looking it or ordering any parts to his receptionist, and that he never even worked on a 2017 corolla. Because Eric had seen my daughter and her father on his phone from security cameras , he now puts the car into the garage remember we are talking 9 weeks later, then it all starts again he tells us “it’ll be done in two weeks” waiting on parts blah blah, After 12 weeks "neals" and insurance claimed the car totaled - fishy to me - 16 weeks No Car , ...Eric is still stalling playing games paying back 10,000 in the insurance money he got by forging the work order , this is how he plays its FRAUD, NEGLIGENCE DECEIT shame on you as a business operator.

Its been 11 weeks and my car is still there, been lied to, broken promises, does not return calls, go by and the car is under snow , they never touched it , now 11 weeks later theysay thete is more damage need an adjuster to come oout ...Meanwhile 6800.00 check was cashed back in Jan STAY AWAY
