Dracut Tire Shop

Our company has been going to Dracut Tire for years to service our fleet of vans. These guys are great! Don't let these random one-off bad experiences overshadow years of countless repairs, tire swaps, flat repairs, etc. Their staff isn't the most professional but hey-they are tire guys! They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and SUPER fast. We will continue to use them for all of our tire needs!

Dracut tire is fast, easy, and convenient. I often go there for oil change on saturday mornings and am home before 9:00! I love giving local businesses service first. Unfortunately i will no longer be going there after multiple incidents. I got new tires on my wife's car and the next day realized our factory hubcap was missing. I called to see if they could replace it and after an initial "yes, we will look for one" they said they couldn't help me out. I gave them another chance this past week when i needed tires on my truck. Once again, i went in at 8:00 on a Saturday and was heading home by 8:45, not bad! as i pulled out i saw my tire light was on and pulled over, they seemed fine. I got home and checked the pressure, 20lbs, it should be between 30 and 35. the steering wheel also was shaking. I took it to the dealer. Come to find out all 4 tires were under-inflated and none of them were balanced properly causing the shaking. I am always one for fast and easy things but not at the cost of craftsmanship or quality. I would highly recommend you do not use this facility as it seems that there is not a lot of care and attention taken to the customers vehicles.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS STARTED BY STOPPING IN FOR BRAKES ON MY FORD 150 PU. THEY DID THE BRAKE JOB THEY CALLED MY HOME TO TELL ME THAT THE TRUCK WAS DONE THEY CAUSED OVER 5000 DOLLARS WITH THE DAMAGE TO MY TRUCK THERE EXCUSE WAS IT FELL OFF THE LIFT.AFTER PAYING 700 DOLLARS FOR ROTORS AND PADS I HAD TO TAKE IT TO FORD TO REPAIR MY ABS WHICH WAS CAUSED BY A WARPTED ROTOR THAT I PAYED FOR THEY PUT ON I WOULD TELL ANY ONE STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE POOR WORK DONE BY POORLY TRAINED TECKS
