Tae Kwon Do is a pure martial art that is based on an action philosophy. It is one that ensures mind and body connection resulting in total fitness. Tae Kwon Do is the Korean art of Self Defense. Literally translated Tae means foot; Kwon means hand and Do means art. Tae Kwon Do is a sport of defense and attack, a non-violent system of complete body exercise as well as a way of life. We specialize in instruction for Children, Teenagers, Women and Men. We offer private training as well as group classes. Our group classes meet three nights a week as well as Saturday mornings.

Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a free training class held on Saturdays. Classes are one hour long. Children's Classes The Introduction to Tae Kwon Do Class focuses on developing young children's coordination, respect and discipline Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30PM to 5:30PM Young Adult Classes The Young Adult Class focuses on continued discipline and respectful behavior in addition to more focused training in Tae Kwon Do Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30PM to 6:30PM Adult Classes The Adult Class Focuses on Tae Kwon Do as more than discipline, but also a form of strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30PM to 7:30PM Saturday Open Class All Ages
