I have been with this office for about 30 years and recently had nothing but lack of communication and incorrect information given to me regarding my car insurance through the agent. So bad that I left after all these years and found a new insurance company. I discovered that State Farm is not always looking out for the consumers best interest.

I came to State Farm from Erie. They flat out beat the rates for my auto and threw in great discounts. It wasn't just the price, the people in the office were very helpful and went above and beyond. They always answer the phone and are willing to truly help you. I didn't get the sense they were just trying to sell insurance. They made some recommendations that saved me money and fit my needs.

I didn't know State Farm has bank products too. Their CD rates were outstanding. I am currently considering putting some money into one. Also, they are seeing if they can save me money by refinancing my new Chevy.

I would highly recommend Shawn Velez's State Farm Office.
