He won't hesitate to sell u a lemon! Owner sold me a SUV that he knew had an engine ready to take a crap. Had a heavy weight oil in the engine to hide the knock. After I got my second oil change (about a month and half after buying the car from him) the engine dumped. I tried to call him and tell him get this car had a bad engine , his son told me to call back then after several attempts I realized I was being ignored . I went over to his lot to talk to him and I was told oh well. This dealer is a complete sleaze bag, crooked and worst place downriver to buy a reliable car. I would not recommend this dealership lot to my worst enemy. Even if his cars sound good don't trust him. Cuz the car could just have a heavy weight oil hiding the truth . My advice go down the street a couple blocks and get urself a reliable car . These guys will not think twice to lie to anyone just to sell a car. There front is family owned so u can trust them, truth is the family is crooked and harbors a lot of lemons
I was referred by a friend and purchased a vehicle in 2012. Other than a faint and persistent smell of vomit that required my thoroughly cleaning the inside, the carrier has worked out well for me. However, there are some disturbing details to share. One is that I purchased a warranty and when I called Ron to ask where it should be serviced, he told me a shop in Wyandotte, which was quite a distance from my home, despite the warranty claims otherwise. When I called recently, I was given a different story. Ron had told me there was a $100 referral fee. I referred a friend who purchased a vehicle. She gave them my name and updated address. When I called to check on the fee, they said they didn't have the info. They took it again and said they would send it right out. Three phone calls later and a couple of months, they still hadn't sent it. I called again and was told to speak with Jeff. I calmly informed Jeff that I was getting the run around about my referral check and that if it couldn't be cl3ared up, I was going to take my complaint to social media. Jeff said he didn't like my tone and wouldn't help me. Also, the car my friend purchased in August has serious mechanical issues and has shut down while driving several times. Would not reccomend again.
We were looking to trade in my G6 for a truck and found a perfect F150 on Johns lot. We traded in my car for the truck which runs like a dream. It had a few minor issues ( muffler, power steering) but when we brought them to johns attention, he took care of them for us. I also had some issues with my Secretary of State paperwork which john helped me to resolve. Over all I am thrilled with my truck and since it had less than 80 k miles, I look forward to owning it for a long time!
Best repair shop around! Brought my car in for some brake work and wanted Brad to give me a run down of other issues. He didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need or try to over charge me!! Brad took his time and told me what needed to be done and what could be put off. This definitely helps me as single mom, I've had other shops take advantage of me because I am a woman. i was having bad luck with my vehicle that i had put alot of new parts into and after spending all my money into my vehicle it still didnt work so i found John Yurkovich Auto Sales and helped me get a really nice running van. that drives excellent. now im very happy with my new dodge caravan. thanks to john and bryan. i noticed a little leak and took it to them. they fixed it right away. the service was great i didnt have to wait that long. the leak was coming from the raditor and they put a brand new one into it. i would recomend John Yurkovich Auto Sales to anyone. thanyou John and Bryan for my van.

Horrible service. Actually, beyond horrible service--it was appalling. Apparently, the owners/operators of this business take no issue with cussing at their customers (both in person and over the phone). While waiting in the small "business" area, the owner himself took a call to the "back room" (which is approximately 1 foot away from the sitting area) where he held a conversation that was completely inappropriate in front of customers *insert several f words and derogatory statements about women here*. The owner also takes no issue with cussing out his customers while demanding that they respect HIM.The car that was sold to us was falling apart within hours (which was, of course, our fault). Throw in several more screaming sessions and accusatory statements and you have what could only be referred to as the most low class, low rate customer service available. Their attitude and behavior should have been a HUGE red flag that these were not honest, customer-oriented "businessmen" but hindsight is typically 20/20.I would warn all future customers away from dealing with this business. I would hope that anyone else that has experienced anything similar would report their complaints to the Better Business Bureau. I would not want anyone else to ever experience this type of abuse by a business owner. Most importantly, I would not want anyone to purchase a vehicle that is unsafe. If you can handle being treated like this way and it does not offend you, by all means--do business with them. But if you would like a vehicle that actually runs "like new", run as fast as you can.
They have very fair prices and do everything! They worked on one of my cars and it runs perfectly! I would suggest them to anyone with any type of vehicle, also, its good to keep the business in Wyandotte and support our city.
