I had a terrible experience here. After having issues with my contacts I went in for a follow-up appointment. I tried explaining to the "doctor" that the issue I was having was almost immediately after putting the lenses in, but he wouldn't listen to anything and instead raised his voice and got stand-offiish with me, in a threatening manner. I've never been harassed like this or felt so uncomfortable with someone who is supposed to be a professional. I would highly recommend for everyone to stay away from this place entirely, as they lack professionalism and basic manners.

Worst eye exam ever!!! Guy couldn't do testing correctly & gave up after 6 attempts! I would not recommend!
I went to Vision Works to purchase new glasses. I was greeted when I first walked in. They asked about my insurance and checked to see what options were available The front office was very courteous and helped me find the best glasses for me. However, when they checked my eyes via an 'auto Refactor' everything was blurry and told them that. I was basically dismissed as though I had no idea what was I was seeing. When I picked up the glasses, I saw double. i made another appointment with the doctor. I requested a second option with a different doctor. This one told me that the reason I couldn't focus was because my eyes were dry and my allergies. He did change the RX a bit. I followed their instructions with the drops and other suggestions. I picked up the new glasses and the same thing happened, I was seeing double and blurry. Myy money was refunded. Took the RX to another optometrists and they said RX was completely wrong. Vision works never looked at my existing glasses to determine the beginning point.
I love Max Castro Optical he is GREAT. I lost a peticular pair of glasses that I bought from him in 2008 and I really need to get them again. A picture was taken of me with the glasses on so now I need to show him and I know that he will replace them.I LOVE MAX CASTRO OPTICALThanks for EverythingKimberly Bryant
I had wanted to change eye doctors and went there to make an appointment for contact consultation. As I started to make the appointment, Dr. Christman asked how long ago was last eye appt and where did I go. I told him International Mall a few months ago but wanted to change locations. He said with a stern, condescending voice in front of,other patrons, go back there. I left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. He was so unprofessional.
Was hesitating to write this review since the store Manager Angelo has always been a gentleman. Have bought four pair of glasses at this store and he has always treated me with respect. Purchased a pair of Gucci glasses for $516. This was in addition to the $498 paid by my vision plan. Less than three months of purchase date, my lenses were scratched. I only use the proper eyeglasses cloth My wife took the glasses since they were under warranty. Was greeted by an employee. He told my wife that he could not take the glasses unless she paid a $15 deductible. Her question was how such an expensive item required a deductible even though it was apparently due to poor quality of the lenses. This young man kept insisting that he had no responsibility on repairing the glasses unless she paid the deductible. I got on the phone with this employee and requested he stayed with the glasses and if payment was required, I would pay before getting them back. He refused so I requested to speak to his supervisor. He informed me that he was the person in charge and would not take my glasses. My wife said he started making faces as though my conversation was not important and just plain trash. Due to all the face gestures he was making, my wife requested her phone back. He rudely told her “I am talking to your husband” and refused to hand her the phone. After I hung up, my wife kept talking to him and he kept saying “I do not have to talk to you” looking to the store ceiling completely ignoring her. My wife asked for his name. He said it was Jarred and said that he did not have to give any information to her. Even though this is a long review, it is a short summary of the hour my wife spent listening to this employee disrespecting my wife, and me. Jarred gave us the worst customer service we have ever experienced. This man should not be working on anything related to the service industry.
Will not give you your pupillary distance EVEN WITH PAYING FOR THE FULL EYE EXAM unless you order glasses from them. What a ripoff. Maybe if there prices were a little more reasonable, I would not have to order online to save 40%+.
After several tries with contacts he said he could no longer help me. Left me with contacts that didn't work, no prescription, and had used my insurance.
Girls working there are extremely rudes the worst attention this place should be closed
I have been to ophthalmologists around the world and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. William O. Malone only cares about money, patient needs are not even a factor in so far as it does not put the most amount of money in their pocket. The wait time is over 45 minutes, there is a complete disregard for the patient. The office staff are the most ignorant selfish people in the field. Avoid at all costs if you value, not only your eyes, but yourself as a human being. **** I only gave one star because I had to in order to make this post visible!!!!I cannot speak in regards to Dr. Anderson, however, as I did not have an encounter with him.
