The operators are for the most part very respectable of the patrons that step oaboard the bus, however, the calls from the dispatch operator I over hear are very rude and unnecessary. I feel that the bus drivers are doing enough for the public that they do not need the added stress of a rude and dis-tasteful dispatcher to talk to them the way they do. I have also noticed that there are several bus oprators that were let go for reasons that I have learned are rediculous. As a tax payer, I feel I have a voice on who I want to work for me. The reasons I have heard about the drivers that were let go are the same reasons I have observed from the TSMs that are sitting and doing as they please. These individuals need to be watched a little more than the bus drivers. The drivers have enough pressure on them dealing the public while these TSMs are sitting and literally, doig as they please. I intend to take pictures and record the outragious way this company is handling things and request that your company take a more closer look at how you rid yourself of some Fabulous drivers. I will be contacting some organizations on this matter in hopes that they help me investigate this company and the way you treat your employees. Thanks for the opprtunity.
