If I could give them a zero I would Horrible customer service. Missed two deliveries with no notice and they have an attitude Why Home Direct uses them is beyond me.

We have had a storage unit with the company "nine mile storage" in Richmond, VA. last month we paid on the 5th online (it would have been a late payment if paid after the 6th). My husband received confirmation in the form of an email receipt (almost immediately) that states the date we paid, and how much. We then received a letter in the mail saying we owed our normal fee for the month coming up plus a 165 dollar late fee for "being late" the previous month. My husband immediately e-mailed them and even though he told them of our receipt from their very own company he was told two different times that it was because their system didnt register the payment on time. But it was THEIR system that sent us the e-mail which means logically you would make the conclusion that their system received the payment in order to send out a receipt, right?! I am beyond livid right now, we just have been through a lot financially and this is a set back that should never have happened and SHOULD BE FIXED.
Great place I've only had them for a couple of months now and have not had not one problem.They contact me via e-mail and phone to remind me of upcoming payments. And if I had to call in I've always had a respectful customer service representative that handle the matter in a fast and professional way. Thank you very much for your service, and will continue to use this company and will definitely recommend y'all to friends and family. Thanx again!!!
HORRIBLE Customer Service. They show up with only one of the 3 pieces that were supposed to be delivered and no one knows anything except that "someone forgot to put it on the truck." Spoke with the owner who said she would call the driver and call me right back... Almost 4 hours later, still haven't gotten a call back. All the phone numbers for the company go to voicemail that haven't been set up yet. Avoid using this company at all costs.
Agreed with the reviewer below. Zero if i could give one.They missed my delivery also. Let multiple phone calls no returns. I took a day off work just to be available. Their delivery window was from 8:30 - 12:30. No call until 12:45 claiming they would not be making it. They said I didn't have to be around for the delivery. Right I have furniture being delivered .What leave a 5 pc table set on my front porch. Come on what are they thinking. Total losers. FYI. Wayfair uses this group.
