A totally incompedant loan officer caused my friend hundreds of dollars in rent and storage. Her has never heard of HIPPA and ask why they were in hospital and what was done. Got upset she could not get an appraisal she had ordered and said she was just going to cancel the loan. Both realtors had to call the bank vice president and finally the realtor went to another bank and things went very smoothly. Avoid this bank for home loans
Do not use this branch. The people, especially manager, do not know what they are doing here. I was told by the "Branch Manager" Tina, that she could stop some transactions from processing through my account with just a Stop Payment issued, instead of closing the account, which is what I was asking her to do to begin with. Well, her plan failed miserably and it just cost me $873.46! And since she also failed to apologize for her mistake, she closed my accounts and refused to open new ones, instead of admitting it was her fault. Go to any other branch but this one....this is the third time I have had an issue with this branch with unprofessionalism, rudeness and incompetence. All other branches can at least handle business properly.
Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Allowed RL Massion & his girlfriend to forged an IRS check without checking ID, let him deposit it into his account. It was over $8000.00 refused to help with I all documents for the police., even after they verified that it was not my signature. The guy in charge (he thinks) said their FRAUD department will handle. Didn't contact the police to press any charges for FORGERY with the police, other then asked him to bank elsewhere!! Never bank with MIDFIRST BANK, unless you want your money to go to someone else.
Terrible customer service. Teller was not friendly. Barely spoke. Acted like she was doing me a favor. Would not use this bank.
0 STARS-The worse bank I have ever experienced! Not only do they no longer have a drive thru, they take FOREVER! No exaggeration. The line had literally 18 people in the lobby with 2 tellers! It was 2:15 PM so no rush hour there. Why don’t I just mail in the payment you ask? Oh because they cannot seem to mail a statement for 2 months!#1) No drive thru? What national bank does not have a drive thru!? Nor a drop box! Seriously!?#2) I have worked at bank before myself, who hasn’t? A transaction should take no longer than 3-5 minutes. Let’s just give BOA credit and say they are fast… That would mean I would have stood there in line for 54 minutes just to make a payment! Hell I might as well clock in. Who has 54 minutes to wait in line at a bank to make a simple payment? Half of the time I just say I don’t need a receipt because it takes so long. Let me add that I use 5 different financial institutions and this is by far the worst one. I dread going every time. I would not even bother going to any of these locations had the statement been mailed to me. Not one location is better than the other, trust me I’ve tried 4! Same lousy experience every time.
I banked with them for years. They were great when my business was doing great. Once we were hit by the tornado and struggling to keep our business alive they started hitting us fees left and right that we had never encurred before like charging us to move money from one account to the other. They loaned us money when the business was already striving but refused to look at us when we wanted to rebuild. Thankful for other banks who actually looked at our situation and sympathized with our loss. Once we are on our feet again will not owe our success to this bank. The branch manager is a joke. They made multiple mistakes throughout our time there including depositing MY money into someone elses account and moving money from one account to another without permission. Unless you want to lose money I wouldnt keep it in this place!
Let me ask you this,would you use,or trust a bank,that's trying to keep a deceased man's money,from the last two remaining family members?We brought in death certificates,birth certificates,notarized letters from apt. manager,stating who lived with and handled allof the deceased private and public affairs,notarized statement from other remaining family member,we are it,no more family,and we're just trying to pay for a funeral!!And IBC bank has refused to release the funds!!WE THE REMAINING FAMILY MEMBERS ARE APPALLED AT THESE ACTIONS!!!!!!SO,I ASK AGAIN??IS THIS BANK SOMEONE THAT YOU CAN TRUST????A bank that would cause unwarranted anguish?The only reason I gave one star,is because I had to,so I could write this review!!
Excellent to work with long distance to obtain information while trying to settle my aunt's estate.
It is the lawyer for this bank that is impossible to work with. She should take a review course in law and work on her people skills.
