The massage therapists were professional and the massage skill was quite good. The rooms were neat and the shower room was clean. I felt very relax after the massage session. I will be going back again.

I love working with Tony. He is one of the best massage person there. He is awesome. However, I was put off with my experience there yesterday. I went in, got my usual massage. When it came time to pay, the lady at the counter, named Judy asked me to pay $60.00. The massage cost $45. She indicated to me that $45 goes to the massage, the $15 would go to Tony. I was disturbingly surprised. How could she even utter those words? I mean, I AM THE CUSTOMER. I was very put off, I'm thinking I might not go there anymore because of the selfish and greedy way of Judy TELLING me that I should pay $60.00. WTF!!! I need to alert the owners this type of client service is NOT acceptable.
Grand opening 12/02/14. Truly a great therapeutic massage. This place also has the bars on the ceiling for back walking for all those with serious deep tissue needs. Has a room full of brand new massage chairs and location is brand new freshly renovated. Great deals and half hour sessions available as well. Owners are the same owners from CRYSTAL ISLAND MASSAGE IN OAKLAND 1038 5th Ave, Oakland, CA 94606. For all those familiar with this establishment they can expect the same quality here at Airport Health Spa. Ask for Macy.
I group(6 females & 2 guys) of us have recently started patronizing this place, and we loved it because of the late hours and reasonable pricing. The services are decent, so we have visited them several times over the last month. We have even gone 2/3 times in one week. HOWEVER! last evening 10/12/14 - one of the ladies for the very first time didn't tip the gentlemen after her foot massage, and he became very upset, told the "nice" receptionist lady, and she began to scream..you didn't tip him...you need to leave some money..you need to give him money!!We explained, that we paid for ALL services upon entry and tipping is an option, and that she'll take care of him next..again we come in twice a week. They locked the doors...and several other men came from other rooms and surrounded us, and wouldn't let us leave until we gave them money( a tip). I was so scared that I just handed them a $20.00 bill to release us. I really think the LAW calls that robbery! I was able to overlook the obvious illegal Brothel element of this place, but when the Asian Mafia starts to strong arm robbing you..it's just too much... I will never return.
The business was not open. The phone was answered by someone who did not speak English well.
