One star is too generous. They haven't picked up in almost 3 weeks now. They miss a week every month. My husband has called them almost every day for the past 2 weeks. They lie when you call them saying they will pick up the next day then never do. We have had some bad trash services in Joelton but this is the worst.
Worse phone repair customer service ever. I've spent 2 days trying to get a phone line repaired. It's working but the storms blew the lines down on Tuesday. NES was there in an hour but it is not their line. AT&T has robotic calling service that is a nightmare. No one can transfer to the right department. 4.5 hours on the phone is ridiculous. I have yet to be transferred to the proper department and there is no on line way to report a down line. ATT needs to straighten out their repair communication so customers can get service without all this hassle. It's still unreported. I am a very unhappy customer right now.
Just cheap. Quality is also chap. They put used battery as "new" battery to my iphone. They also took electrostatic shield away from my iphone. That's what I was told by an authorized apple repair shop person, after I got problems with the maintenance that I got for my iphone here.
I went to this branch to buy a prepaid SIM card. The staff is really nice and friendly. Great location and easy to park.
My wife and I both have Verizon service so I've had to come to the store a couple of times. It seems like no matter when I come they are understaffed and there is quite a long wait time. When you do get helped, though, the staff are friendly and intelligent.
Went in to activate a line of service and purchase a SIM card. The staff that were there were pretty knowledgeable. I did have a bad experience with biking and the staff at the store did not seem to know how to remedy this but it eventually got worked out. I will say that they were very speedy with their service.
I am usually satisfies with the service I receive at this Sprint location. Sometimes I feel like my questions aren't always fully answered, but other than that everything is usually pretty good.
The Verizon store on Charlotte offers workers who are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is set up in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
I was thinking about changing our wireless service until I visited Verizon. They were not very helpful. I'm staying where I am.
I bought my iPhone from them about a year ago. They were quite helpful in the process. The sales rep gave me time to make my decision and did not rush me. He was kind, helpful and professional. He seemed knowledgeable in all of their products.
