This is the best place to find this dish in Contra Costa County called Ja Jang Mein, a Korean-Chinese spaghetti with black bean sauce.But today, I ordered the steamed dumplings and they were raw inside. I knew something was weird when I took my 1st bite and the whole dumpling fell into a slop. But after trying the 3rd one, and the middle was completely raw, it sent it back to the kitchen. They didn't charge me, but since I have been home, I have had 'the runs' if you know what I mean and probably got some kind of sickness due to the consumption of raw pork or beef in the dumpling.This is a dissapointment, and I will not be going back there any more. I will definitely tell all my friends never to order the steamed dumplings!
