Do NOT let Dianne be your realtor. She took my application for a house to rent and did not process it for over 5 days. She said she was waiting on rental history that she never requested. House was rented within 2 days by another realtor on same property. Instead of being honest, Dianne processed the application on an already rented property and found bogus reason to deny all so she would not have to refund application fees. I reached out to management and nobody took the time out to contact me back. What thieves!!

Terrible customer service. Never got a letter of intent to subtract from my deposit. Made up claims about heavy pet urine odor to replace the carpet at my expense. Give you the run around when you try to dispute.
I wish I could give this place no stars. Came for the first time for my husband's birthday, after high recommendations from friends and co-workers. After 45 minutes of waiting and only just barely receiving our drinks, we left. We had not had our food order taken and had seen our server one time. We asked another employee if he could find our server and waited some more and still no one! We finally decided to leave and even left money on the table to pay for our drinks. We got up and walked over to ask a group of employees for the manager. In the meantime, we look over and see a server take all of the money off our table and walk by us. Not sure what happened to this money, but that only proves how awful of an establishment this is. We told him that was our table and we were leaving. He said he was coming over to serve our table because of a "really bad situation" with our server. We were thinking something bad might have happened to her or maybe she was sick, but he said the "bad situation" was that she had a large party she was taking care of The lady who did bring us our drinks said she didn't know which beer was which so she guessed because she said she was "new at this." Her guess was wrong and she had switched up our beers. We were planning to order a lot of food and more drinks so our server lost out on a large tip. This place is as bad as it gets and reading from other reviews it doesn't look like we missed out on much regarding the food. We left thinking to ourselves, what in the world just happened? It was so bad, it's actually funny.

Very happy with the hot and quick breakfast we had today. The waitresses have always been very kind to my Dad and he enjoyed coming the diner. They were very kind to him. We can not bring him anymore but we can still come and enjoy our holiday breakfast treats. Thanks ladies.
They've screwed up my order in the past which is why when my husband said he wanted to order from there I was very reluctant but he said "how many times can it really be wrong?" HAHAHA little did my husband know... I ordered jack sliders and got 3 PLAIN COLD patties and mushy fries (ordered a side of fries). To top it off the manager didn't care at all and was completely unhelpful and honestly quite rude. Would not compensate in any way, no "next time on us" or offer of a coupon or partial refund or anything. Just "well, if you want your money you have to bring the food back" well yeah. I'm not paying that much for lower than McDonald's quality but I've been a manager many times and there are ways to rectify the failure of a team. If you don't want to give customer service then don't work in that industry, plain and simple. Cooks and manager are incompetent as all get out. Very lucky its my husband going up there and not me. Absolute garbage experience all over again.
Ming was very rude and unprofessional employee. When I provide all my info before checking apartment and paying application fee they told me I should be ok. After I wasted my time and money for application Ming told me in a very rude way I need to pay waiting period rent , ( from today date till actual moving in date)double deposit and when I asked next question she just disconnected phone in a very " redneck" way. It is not trustworthy company and there is a much more unprofessional manner. I honestly recommend any other company to do business with. Ming just use anything and everything to get money
DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE TRASH. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, they lie THEY DNT FIX THINGS, call the corporate office they ignore calls...horiible apartments...they show u the best apartment but put u in the trashiest apartment after signing your lease. Bugs bugs bugs everywhere...the leasing office is never open...the laundry facilty has no set hours and closes at random times and they put you our if u are not done drying your clothes when they deem like u shoukd be...no set time they close the laundry area but kocks u out aggressively if they feel like closing it. HORRIFIC BUSINESS!!!!!!! Reporting to BBB
They ask to be contacted by email but always say they never received any email. If you call them you will ALWAYS go to voice mail. After a month of trying to contact them I still haven't been called back. I've even asked to speak with the owner but again (you guessed it) sent to voice mail and not one returned call.
We couldn't even get in. The wait was over an hour because they only had one cashier. We gave up and left. The food is probably good - if you could ever get to it.
