Seems to be the place for me to go for parts now. My dryer was bunged up. The dreaded "F01" code. Got on YouTube to see how to take the control board out, turned out to be quite easy. And Appliance Parts was the only place in town that had it in stock. Probably saved myself $100-$200 by not having a service call, or $500 or more for a new dryer. I'll be back when need be. Thanks, folks!

Go elsewhere. I have been buying all my appliance parts from this store for 18 years, but that changed today. They are twice as expensive as All Appliance, and they refuse to divulge part numbers because they must thing they are the only game in town. They are NOT. Buy from Sears Repair around the corner, or go to Pendleton Pike.
Very helpful, very friendly and patient, extremely knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be back.
I found the business to be very helpful with my issue. Brenda is a wonderful sales person with a thirty year background in the industry. She knows so much about the functions of the appliances, she was very helpful. I would recommend this store to my friends.
Although we didn't end up having to buy any parts from them, the employees were incredibly honest with us. They gave us a few tips to try before we actually bought a new dryer motor. If we ever need to buy any appliance parts, we will come here!
I could not be happier with my experience with this store. After finding out what part I needed, Jason was very helpful over the phone in explainng the price, and about my brand of washer. He was clear about the price and had the part waiting for me when I arrived at the store. I did not get the gentleman's name at the register, but he was equally helpful. I will be using them again, and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for appliance parts.
I have used this store for the 15 years I have lived here and have always found the staff helpful and courteous. In one case they informed me my washer problem could like be fixed with a $5 part instead of the $150 pump I thought I needed. I treasure this store!
After needing a thermal fuse for my whirlpool dryer, I researched the internet for a cheaper price. Cheaper online? Yes, by 1 WHOLE dollar! Gimme a break! I will gladly support and do business with Appliance Parts southside again wholeheartedly. They are located really close to HHGregg at 31 and stop 13.
We have been very pleased with our 2 trips to this business to buy parts. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
If I could choose zero stars I would!! We called to see if a part was in stock. The staff member that answered the phone did not seem to care to be at work today. They had our parts in stock. I told him we were on our way so he took our name and number down to hold our parts. This was at 12:30pm. He FAILED to mention that they CLOSE at 1pm knowing we were on our way!! I called again to double check the closing time and spoke with Brenda, who didn't give a care in the world that staff are leaving out IMOPRTANT info. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!
