I went in this cleaners thinking it was a regular cleaners, it was the 1st place I saw driving home. I pulled in gave them my 13 year old daughters two dress got a ticket and a time and left. I came to pick the dresses up it was 216.00 no one ever told me it would be near this amount or explained that they were not a regular cleaners . I had no clue I feel as though someone should have explained this to me I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and robbed. I would not do business with this company.
Great service!!!! I've taken everything from jeans to antique quilts and have been pleased with the results. They also do all of my hemming....no more sticking my fingers with needles or pulling the sewing machine out! Love the friendly service and the reasonable prices too!

They gave my dry cleaning to someone else and told me I would just have to wait until the other customer returned them to get them back. They made ZERO attempts to contact the other customer or to compensate us for their mistake and our inconvenience. I've never had such a terrible experience with a dry cleaner before.
I went there two times. When I went to pick up my clothes the second time they had me wait for 15 minutes before they came and told me they gave my clothes to someone else and wouldn't be reimbursing me. The owner Michael Kaufman wouldn't even speak with us directly and made the employee come and tell us while he hid in the back. They obviously don't care about customer service.
I would give them ZERO stars if i could. I brought my clothes in to be cleaned and pressed prior to a trip. I picked my clothes up after work on Friday and had a flight at 7am Saturday. A dress was very poorly pressed and i requested them to press it before i leave. They told me they could not do that but i could leave my dress. I explained that i was traveling and would be wearing the dress the weekend. I then requested a discount to compensate for the horrible press job they did. They called the owner and he said no they would not accommodate me in anyway. My only option was to leave the dress and have nothing to wear. This was not the first time i received such horrible service from Rainbow Cleaners but it will certainly be the last. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE.

DO NOT GO THERE! TERRIBLE QUALITY, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got 4 men's dress shirts back with a huge rip on sleeves so went to the cleaner to talk to the owner lady. Right off the bat, she became incredibly defensive and even accused me for rubbing the shirts against something before bringing to the cleaner. I have been working in a desk environment for 15+ years and never had an issue with my dress shirt sleeves until this place! Apparently, she faked to be a friendly person to get your business, but when things go south, she decided to yell and accuse a customer instead of offering any help or remedies to fix the issue. This was not the first time I had an issue with my clothes at this place, but I did not bring them back because I did not want to waste my time. However, 4 dress shirts (including Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic shirts) were all messed up at once and the owner is being not apologetic but rather accusatory? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
I went to take my coat pocket to get altered. Owner stated that he thinks it will be $10, unless the tailor needs to open up where it needs to be stitched up. If that was the case, the cost would be more. I agreed. Next day, I get a voice message stating that they will not work on the coat because they don't have the thread color to match it. I asked if they can choose a color close to it and it doesn't need to be exact color. The rep stated that she will call me back and let me know. Day 3, I get a voicemail stating that they will work on it. She just wanted to let me know that the tailor will fix it without having to open the current stitch, but it will be $20. I called a few times that day to clarify the price and someone kept hanging up on me while speaking. The next day, I called again and asked to speak with the owner to clarify what he said. ($10 to fix if they didn't have to open up the current stitching) Instead of explaining taking accountability for what he said or apologizing if I misunderstood, he started yelling at me. He stated that he will not lose out on $10 because I wanted to call him and argue. Quite honestly, I would have paid the $20 to get my pocket fixed, but his attitude, tone and they way he handled the situation was out of this world. I ended up picking up my coat and took it to Cypress Cleaners which fixed it for $4.99. I know we all have our bad days, but if you are a business owners please try to make it about your customers so that your business can grow.
This cleaner’s service is so great. The girl works there is extremely sweet and my clothes always ready on time as promised and super clean!! I brought my blanket and pillows that were flooded and smell like dead animals that I couldnt even open the bag, but she took them in, and cleaned them as if they were brand new, and smell sooooooo good!! Oh mah gosh, I couldnt even believe it, and I gave her $10 tips for her hard work!!! Highly recommended!!! Oh, she also sew my pants’ buttons for free since I’m her regular customer while the other places will charges at least $5/button... Take your dirty clothes there to support them, and you’ll love it for sure!!
Paid $45 for a pair of pants to be hemmed, picked them up about a week after turning them in and absolutely nothing had been done to them. $45 for pants day-care.
Quality Dry Cleaning, Great customer service, I love the Drive-Thru makes things so much easier espically when I am in a rush. They have same day service and I have NEVER been dissapointed with their services.
