I have had 2 similar situations but on 1 occasion in particular I was asking cutomer service to give me a break on the price of an item to cover an item not in stock but that was part of a pkg deal. the manager told the cust service person to do what it takes to keep me happy! I'm happy!!!

They either never pick up or when they do and take a message for the dept person to call back, they never do. About to take my business else where. Too many places competing to waste my time and energy on this place
They do excellent, fast, and perfect job. Also, they are very very nice people first of all Daisy and the supervisor (Dave). Thank you for your great job!! in this country, there are only view people like you!!!!
I will not go to another Electronics store because this store is so friendly and the associates stay with you when you are shopping to make sure everything is alright.
I love not only the Best Buy rewards program but the fact that they honor competitors prices makes it my one stop shop for my electronic needs.
