YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Living in small space doesn't mean you can't have a furry friend -- it just means you have to do some planning.
We've put together a small list to get you started on your journey -- and the first step starts with a single box.
I have lived here for 5 years and it is a horrible place to live! The apartment manager is basically a mean, rotten person that will give out all your personal information to other tenants. The owners don't care about the tenants and are just as bad as the manager. Don't bother filing a complaint about your safety with other tenants because ALL complaints will be ignored! I even filed a police report against the apartment manager for giving out my confidential financial information to other tenants (she has also told me confidential information on other current tenants), the fact I am disabled, the fact that my boyfriend beat me; she got together with another tenant (a friend of hers that lives above me) and they both wrote me a viscous letter placing in under my doormat. This letter included all the above CONFIDENTIAL information in it, and then used the fact I borrowed money from a church for rental assistance against me in this letter, stating that "I was not deserving of any help from this church". It destroyed and humiliated me. In addition to the police report I filed for this letter, I also to the letter the Priest of this church and showed it to him. He was so horrified; he asked for names, and offered me consolation stating that “this is not what we teach or promote in this church, and that he was so very sorry for such cruelty.” The Farmington Police said "I would not want to live at such a place!" I called Standard Construction (the Property Owners) to let them know what their manager has been doing to people here, and they said "prove it" and "they could care less". Also they raise the rent $50 per month every year. Don't be fooled like I was by the move-in cost. This place is a nightmare, the floors creak so loud forget getting any sleep; and the walls are so thin you can hear people peeing upstairs! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I SAY – YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Had an issue w/ roommate who was listed as occupant on my lease that became hostile, started making arrangements to move. Contacted staff to advise them of this & asked that no info be disclosed about my rental agreement to occupant to avoid further problems. They agreed, I found another place, and advised occupant that he would need to be out by the end of the month, which he agreed to. I then submitted 30 day notice to leasing office to notify them of my move. At the beginning of the next month, I got a call from Creekside stating that occupant had come in & paid rent for that month. I asked why they would've accepted rent from him when I'd already provided notice to vacate & he was only listed as an occupant on lease, and not a leaseholder. The woman immediately apologized, and said that she wasn't aware that I had turned in my notice, agreed to speak to leasing manager to straighten things out. I then got a call from leasing manager who stated that occupant had effectively been allowed to extend my lease, and therefore could stay there as long as he wished (under my name) as long as he payed rent. I was told that the only recourse I had was to evict him myself, which made no sense to me since they are the ones who'd effectively created a new rental agreement w/ him by taking his payment. They tried to get him approved for his own lease but he didn't qualify, then they asked me to fill out paperwork to extend my contract so that he could stay there and I refused. The next month he failed to pay rent & I got a summary of charges for water bills and other expenses incurred during the two months after I'd left, leaving me with an outstanding balance that is currently on my credit report. I've tried to work out issue w/ mgmt. to no avail. Staff at management company (Lautrec Ltd.) is very rude and unprofessional.
