I can't even begin to describe how easy and stress free my experience was, again, purchasing our 3rd vehicle from benny ben at the park place of nj. From the very first phone call I made to him on Tuesday afternoon describing the type of vehicle I was looking for and the some of the safety features I placed as a priority since this vehicle was a birthday gift and my son's first car. Less then 2 days later when I met with ben he was confident he found what I was looking for, and he was right! ben could have very easily just picked any car off the lot and over our budget just to make a sale but he didn't. Instead, being the father of a teen driver himself, knew the importance of placing my son in a safe, reliable and "teenager approved" stylish vehicle.
Just bought a c class and had a great experience with this dealership. primarily a great experience with the Park Place sales group. they were very friendly and attentive. they did not pressure me and gave a very good price from the beginning so there was no significant haggling during the process. would highly recommend seeing someone from this sales group if you're looking to buy a car from this dealership.
I must say I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience in elizabeth. robert and Byron were soooo patient, professional yet friendly; I went on numerous test drives with different cars; Robert worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I could handle. I guess the days of car salesmen intimidation are over; they were a pleasure to deal with - and alex in finance; everyone was pleasant, patient and made getting my new(er) car wonderful and FUN.... great dealer. got a very fair deal on my trade-in and put it towards a late-model sedan on their lot. they have a great selectiona nd mike the salesguy was friendly and knew his stuff about each and everyr car i took a look at.i never got rhe feeling that i was being misled ro scammed in anyway- what i was told over the phone was what happened with i stepped onto the lot. car prep was aces, too: interior waa clean as a whislte, tires armor-alled, you name it. drove off the lot in a used car that felt and ran like a new one.ive made surwe all my friends know that this place is a the real deal!

When I walked in, I was helped immediately by one of the sales gentlemen. The car I was looking for was in great condition. CAN'T COMPLAIN DEALERSHIP DID EVERYTHING THEY PROMISE WITH MY LOW CREDIT AND HAVING A MONTHLY BUDGET OF BETWEEN $400 - $500. THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT ME INTO THE WHITE ACURA TL WITH LOW MILES. I WAS DECLINE IN TWO OTHER DEALERSHIP NEAR ME BUT THE FINANCE MANAGER IN DIP'S LUXURY MOTOR ALEX MADE IT HAPPEN.
BEWARE! Just had to take the owner to court...his children who are the mechanics are not good mechanics...they say they fixed things on my car and never did...the day I got my car the check engine light came in...brought it back and kept my car for two and a half weeks...when I got it back that day by the time I got to Warinaco park the light came back on...they don't like to give receipts....the keep your car for weeks at a time total weeks For me was about six weeks maybe a little less...I recorded them saying they were going to give me money back on two occasions...each time they said come back wensday or Thursday always a different story so I had no choice but to take to court...I was able to get a little more then half back....since I had to take to another mechanic to fix what they didn't and fix all their mistakes..was so tired dealing with them. ...I want everyone to be aware of them before doing business...and if you've had problems call the Better Business Bureau. My experience at Dips Luxury Motors truly changed my perception of car dealerships. After weeks of searching for a car in Long Island I was getting a bit frustrated. I was a bit leery after seeing some of the reviews but I saw the car I wanted online and gave Dip’s Luxury a call, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. I wanted to go in and see it the same day but I didn’t have a ride, I asked if they would be able to pick me up from the NJ Transit train station and she informed me that wouldn’t be a problem.
