This woman was so rude to the staff at my wedding venue one of the nicest people I employ went home in tears. She is sharp and cranky. As a venue owner, I know what's best for my events through experience in my space AND this woman argued with me and demanded the I seat guests for an outdoor ceremony in hot weather in the direct sun earlier than necessary which could have caused health problems for the elderly in the crowd. She has a real problem focusing on her own job and leaving the other professionals to do theirs.
I booked them to do a vow ceremony at Ruby Falls. After I paid half of the $375, they were very hard to contact--only by text. After a month of different excuses about when I would get my photos, I got a drop box with 30 pictures. I could have taken better pictures with a cell phone. What a rip off!
Pretty good place. We went here for holiday photos and their gift wrapped props were in horrible shape, and the photographer didn't hide the seams on the gifts and threw a TINY wrinkled bow on the top of one of the presents. It looked pathetic. Everyone was smiling in the picture though, but they really need to think about their props. Sometimes no props at all are better than crappy ones lol.But the photographer made sure she gave us the pose that we came in wanting, and she handled our toddlers melt down well with no judgement.
these people have the worst customer service ever. i was told the same thing to write the owner a letter and the woman that calls herself a manager said alls he would do is give it to her. she was very rude. i will never go back to this company again. its a waste of money
