My wife and I see different Doctors in this practice, she sees Dr. Sheahan and I see Dr. Rollins. These are the two most conservative and caring people you could hope to deal with. They both are able to manage our pain with minimum meds. in my case and very few oral meds in my wife's situation. Saw the worst in the past and now we have been there since 2003 and feel like we are with the best!
I don't have any knowledge of this facility, but the one Foxglove next door the RN nurse by the name of Pamela C. Is unprofessional an negligent to her patients. One of my clients tried to speak with her about a medical need to her love one, and she stormed off and said you are not going to mess up my routine, and then took 15 minutes on the phone with the Nursing Director Stacey Ellis, without ever finding out the problem. There will be a report filed with the Nursing Board and their corporate office. If people love ones are being neglected it's probably because they have no heart for their patients.
I was referred to Benchmark by my Dr. I had never been to PT before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Throughout my visits, the PTs were constantly overbooked. There were times when the PT was working with 5 patients at 1 time. For the hour I was there, I was really only getting about 10-15 minutes (if that) with the PT. I felt like all they were concerned about was numbers. While the therapists were friendly, I don’t feel like this clinic provides the best care. They are too overbooked to provide adequate patient care.
I have been so pleased with my care at One on One with Anisha. She has really helped me recover from my injuries.
I have been going here for three months now. I am very picky about my nails as I am in sales and talk with my hands a lot. I always get gel nails with the French manicure. No one else comes close to the work they do. And I never request anyone specific because they are all that good. You will not be disappointed! Also, salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly.
***WARNING***Bait and switch. The front desk people said the $125 would be the entire charge. Then I was billed an additional $85 two months later. Unfortunately, I had another visit before I got the second bill and paid once at the time of the visit and later got a second bill for that one too. This place is not worth it. They show you to an exercise machine, leave you, and then come back and show you to the next machine. Look for a place that spends the entire time with you one on one. And it would be a good idea to negotiate a cash price in full BEFORE you let them see you. What a ripoff place!
I have lived with acute pain for about 5 yrs., I have been to other pain mgmts, but, they can't compare to Atl Pain. It has been a pleasure to come to. Dr. Choi, and the staff there. They really make you feel like you are more than just a patients name on a chart, more than just a number. They Listen, Hear, and Actually Care about how you feel physically and emotionally. They don't rush you in and out, they take the time, to get to know YOU, the person. If you are looking for a Dr. who will give you the care that you need and deserve, then, please give them a call. You will be happy you did.Kathy E.
I had a very similar experience to a couple of other negative reviewers. They pushed me into buying expensive lenses and coatings that were terribly expensive, even with my company's insurance. I promised myself I would not go back there but still feel angry about how I let them sell me such expensive glasses without doing more investigation. The doctor was nice but he really pressured me into buying some daily wear contact lenses that I didn't need and have never used. I thought the place was a ripoff. Plus, my frames started discoloring in less than a year and haven't been very comfortable.
