I was at the Wasilla, Alaska Burger King earlier this evening. Approximately 2 hrs ago . And had the absolute worst experience, ever ! I spent over $30 on 2 Whopper Jr's , a med soda , 1 Ckn Bacon King and 3 Rodeo Bacon King's. I had a 45 min drive home , making 2 stops for gas and Soda at 3 bears on my way home to Hatchers pass. When I got home , I found that I had NO Ckn sandwich , 4 sm rodeo burgers and 2 reg. Whopper Jr's. So , I immediately called , spoke to a young man who claimed to be the mngr , who told me that he could give me the 1 800 # , and would not rectify my order even if I drove the 45 min back w/out the receipt , which I didn't get back with my change , or in the bag . I offered to give him the food back , which was NOT what I ordered , and felt that the 45 mins it would take me to getg back there would be sufficient time for him to figure out who pocketed my $ or find my order in their system , but he refused. I will never again frequent any Burger King !
