Abraham Garcia and JJ were awesome and I give them each 5 stars... the finance manager assigned to us, Juan Lugo, was condescending ... I called him out on it and he gave a curt insincere apology ... so I was not too happy with his demeanor... JJ went out of his way to purchase a hamburger patty for me from Carl's Jr. across the street because I hadn't eaten all day and as a diabetic I had to get something in my stomach if I had to wait any longer to meet with the finance manager. I would give a 5 star review but for the demeanor of the finance manager, Juan Lugo... Abraham Garcia and JJ (Jan) are 5 star representatives. The dealership is impeccable including the restrooms. I traveled from Ontario, California to Downey for my Titan SV and I am so glad I ventured outside of my immediate area. Downey Nissan beat out the Costco fleet dealership I was referred to by at least $6,000.00 dollars... it may not be appropriate for every sale but I got an excellent deal... Thank you Abraham and JJ and Downey Nissan.

Had a problem with my vehicle starting. Took it to dealer and problem was fixed and vehicle is now running great.

Overall it was really good. Didn't have to wait so long in the waiting room and Frank answered all my questions I asked.

The salesman was attentive, listened to my requirements, as far a cost and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be.

He met all my expectations and I am happy with my vehicle and my payments.
