Downers Grove Enterprise to the rescue! The day before I needed a car, I reserved a car online at the Willowbrook location. On the day of, I called to confirm my car was available and they said there were no cars available. How you can reserve a car and then have it not available is beyond me! I called the Downers Grove location and they found a car for me in one hour! Brandon, especially, was very helpful! He provided great "customer service".

Can I give them 0 stars? I rented a car from the Downers Grove location on 6/16/2016 while my car was being repaired. All went well until I tried to return the on Saturday 6/18 at 1:45 PM.They close at noon on Saturdays and are not open Sundays so I called the toll free Enterprise number.I was told to drop the keys in the drop box and they would close out the rental as of 2PM on Saturday 6/18/2016. On Monday 6/20/2016 they billed me for both Saturday and Sunday even though I had returned the car. I called and was told I had to pay for the two extra days I did not have the car because they had no way of knowing when I returned the car because they close at noon Saturdays and are not open Sundays. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told there was not one available (really?) and one would call me on Tuesday, I'm still waiting. I've been a long time customer who rents for 30-42 days each year on vacation. They got their 2 days extra rental but lost me as a long time customer.
