We do real estate inspections, including FHA and VA. Pricing is competitive because we're a local, independent company. We offer a five year guarantee on all of our termite work.         I called Niles Exterminating for help in identifying a spider. I was called back in a timely manner and the spider was identified as a brown recluse. He did not try to push services on me but instead gave me helpful advice. In my opinion, a business that helps you instead of taking advantage of you deserves some serious credit! I would highly recommend this honest business to anyone needing this type of service. I will definitely be calling them first should I ever need them.
