What impresses me most is that the medical professionals at Borgess Lee Hospital remember you from former visits. You can be expected to be treated with respect and patience. Their bedside manner is excellent. If you have multiple tests scheduled, and have a hard time directionally, someone will personally escort you to the next test (if you let them know). Polite, helpful, friendly, and willing to explain the answers to any questions you might have. I only left off one start because checking in is sometimes a breeze but sometimes the check in workers are overwhelmed and slow, which was frustrating to several people in the waiting room on my last visit (especially those with children, and those who were elderly). They ran out of chairs and began seating people at the empty desks.
