Dear Management and staff: Hello this letter has been written due to the number of changes made to dart service cutting some of the times buses arrive is horrible. A major concern I have is buses not showing up or coming very early or really late. This has happened a number of times in the past since the changes around July or August. I have complained a number of times online and to customer service staff,and management, with no solution to the ongoing problem. The corporate office needs to have training sessions, with their staff to address their unprofessional attitudes and not caring about how the customers feel about the horrible service of the buses. Whenever we call the office in order to find out why the buses have not showed up to the destination. This past Wednesday 11/30/16 I was waiting for the 7:37on 8th and King street and the bus never showed up. When I had called the office and spoke with Ms Karen about the problem she then told me that the bus broke down. The number 23 was very late. The 8: 07 AM bus was about 12 minutes late. When I went to catch the 4:12 bus on King street that bus never showed up. A another concern I have is the scheduling person making even more changes to the number 40 December 12, 2016 cutting 2 AM trips and two PM trips. This is extremely not right and I oppose these changes being added to the schedule. Thank you for giving this matter your attention Ms McDuffy
FYI THE BUS STOP IS NOT AT 716 S GOVERNORS AVE. IT IS NOW ACROSS THE STREET AT THE DART BUS STOP, WHICH IS THE GLASS HUT ON GOVERNORS AVE, IN FRONT OF THE HOSPITAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF GOVERNORS AVE AND HOPE ST. THERE IS NO TICKET OFFICE, NOR IS THERE A BUILDING IN WHICH YOU CAN WAIT. IF YOU HAVE HAVE QUESTIONS, NEED HELP WITH GREYHOUND, OR NEED TICKET INFORMATION, CALL GREYHOUND OR VISIT THEIR WEBSITE. THERE IS NO ONE IN DOVER TO HELP YOU.
