This center doesn’t even deserve “1 star”. Cindy (owner/director) is extremely unprofessional! She went as far as telling me that “I’m a new mom & I’m taking things overboard” b/c I requested that her staff use a wipe & a pair of gloves while changing my baby! In so many words, she told me that b/c I’m a new mom & I have never been a mother before, I need to stop “complaining”! Also she walks around the center w/o shoes/socks, which I find to be very unsanitary & NASTY!!! Don’t send your precious lil one/ones to this center...not worth the headache!!

The staff here is TERRIBLE! I work close to the daycare and all I hear alllll day is the staff screaming at the children, calling them names and insulting them. It's atrocious. I have called reports in more than once, but NOTHING has been done. I've seen staff grab the children and drag them into the building, and I've seen them throw balls at the children. I cannot believe this happens daily and no one does anything, even after reports are made. Don't believe me? I will happily let you come with me to work and listen for yourself!!!
My son has recently been enrolled here. This facility is horribly over crowded, staff hardly acknowledges you when you pick up or drop off. I have to scramble to find his belongings every time I pick him up. Its family owed so they recently informed me they would be closed 3 out of their 5 business days due to a planned vacation. None of this mentioned during the application process which horribly inconvenienced myself an other parents since there was no written or verbal communication of this vacation. Very difficult to identity the staff as well no uniforms so you have no clue who works there not very friendly either. I will be moving my son asap.
Kids-R-Us Learning Center is beyond amazing! This is truly a place where both the child and parent feel comfortable and at peace. KRU offers an excellent curriculum that is tailored specifically to your child. They provide a consistent and structured environment that promotes learning, growth, development and comfort for the child to become the best them possible. Kids-R-Us believes in facilitating the child's maturity and comprehension level. Just because your child is 3 years of age, but can successfully do the basic tasks of a 3 year old, the facility will not hinder them to remain in that space which can become boring and mundane for the child; instead they encourage your child to continue to grown and push his/her limits. Potty training is HIGHLY encouraged and the staff is excellent about working with the parents to accomplish such an important milestone in the child's life. You will receive reports daily (up to age 3, I believe) via e-mail to inform you of your child's day: how well they ate, what they ate, if they did/didn't take a nap and the duration of the nap, if your child needs anything (diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc.), and also an overall feedback of your child's temperament and they kind of day (s)he had. Kids-R-Us is an outstanding center, extremely affordable and professional! Everyone here is family and it is known from day one that in order for the child to be successful we must all be on one accord and work together. You won't be disappointed should you chose Kids-R-Us!
Please do NOT send your child to PMECC! This business does not teach the "curriculum" they tell you about during the touring process, children are often sick and unkept. The staff does not follow guidance or doctor's notes pertaining to diet restrictions. Staff also does not do a great job of maintaining control of the classrooms as children are often fighting one another. PMECC refuses to help potty train children before the age of 2. They also have an issue with properly tracking their enrollment rates and those children who will have to move up into the next classroom due to their age, therefore children will have to remain in a classroom they should not be in due to lack of adequate and proper planning. The owner and director were notified via letter, as well as multiple face-to-face and phone conversations with my concerns as a parent for the safety and wellbeing of my child, yet NOTHING was done to correct the issues or problems. Working with children is something you should truly be passionate about and if you're not then you should find work in another area. I do NOT recommend this business for even a dog! Spare yourself the disappointment and save your money- your child deserves SO much better!
Terrible Daycare !! No respect! No professionalism at all. Dirty everywhere!! Food is terrible! My son has been getting hurt and scratches snice the first day he's been there. Oh and there only excuse is he fell!
I love this daycare. Mrs. Cindy is very sweet and understanding. The staff is nice. The preschool room is wonderful. My daughter graduated from there, she was the only child in her kindergarten class that could spell and write her full name. She could spell different little words and was reading a little. Ms.Shawn is a great teacher. If I ever have another child they will also go. I sat in with my child one day just to observe and it was like sitting in a classroom at school. She was teaching them so much and the children were all in tune. They were so excited to learn. It's a very nice atmosphere.
Mom's House is a wonderful daycare. My nephew and Daughter attend and for just 3hours of community service a week, they watched my daughter. They even helped watch her while I did my homework. They are great with children. Very good. I wish I was back in school just so my daughter could attend. I highly recommend them.
