I would like to say I appreciate Higgin's trying to royally screw me. They brought my mustang because I had lost oil pressure. They checked it out ( supposedly) ( costing me 380.00) and said it was bearing failure. They wanted to charge 3400 labor plus parts to pull and redo the motor. So not only did they charge me to lie to me they were out to steal money. Not only that 3400 to pull and check a motor. Heck Ray Charles could do it faster than a weeks worth of labor. There was no bearing failure and the only thing wrong with the motor was the oil pump. I know they would of replaced the oil pump and charged me 3400 plus fictitious parts. I will be spreading the work as much as possible.
Andrew Monizin the last weekMy son purchase a 2001Ford ranger with in one week water pump went out seizing the motor. One owner did help by offering to install used motor for an additional $1500, we didn't have much Choice since the sold the loan to sterling finance so now it's was no longer a boy here pay here which is uaslly very easy to walk away from especially during first week. So we agreed had new motor put using their mechanic, got it home same thing happened within two days brought back they kept it almost a week and a half. All they did was try using a sealant gasket. Well we have had it fixed, it needed new thermostat, waterpump, pump housing, gaskets, fan blade, and fan blade clutch. This is an extremely bad dealership. If their lips are moving they are lieing. They like to get everything in a contract so the can always just sell the debt to 3rd party collection and at least recoup part of the crap they sell
Never purchase a car from this dealership they will take your money. They won't let u to speak with management I have case open now with the BBB to see what I have to do to get my money back
After taking my daughters car to the dealership-They are saying i need a transmission($3k)I took it here for a 2nd opinion.Come to find out it was a easy fix and only cost me $80.00-Great people and they made my daughter feel like part of the family. Good people are hard to find..From now on this is the place that will be doing all of her work on her car.Thank you.

I took my 2006 Sedona in because the A/C stopped working all of the sudden. The service dept called and said that the A/c condenser had a hole in it and it would be nearly $1100 to repair it. While they had it in there they looked it over and found another $1500 worth of repairs that should also be done. I declined and paid the $120 diagnostic fee and took the van to another repair shop at the recommendation of a friend. They did a little investigating and found no hole in the condenser after putting it on a vacuum for 2 hours. A loose fitting on the compressor is all that was wrong and it cost me a total of $100 to have it fixed! The Kia service department is either completely incompetent or as crooked as my dog's hind leg! I would not trust anything they say again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
