This business does not even deserve one star. They are unprofessional and do not have any business acumen. They are not responsive to the community they represent. Moreover, they spend time assessing fees that are not accurate and will not do anything to correct their mistakes. This company and the law firm that represents them are all frauds.The owner of this company Julie Stephens should not be in business in Georgia, Florida or anywhere else.Stay away from the business!!!!!!
Best company around... unless you don't follow the rules. Those people don't like them because they make them accountable. We love the fact they hold those accountable. We live in a beautiful community because of them. Good Job Exclusive!
Please do not even consider this company to manage your HOA. They come across as being knowledge but they are unfamiliar with the logistics of running a HOA. If you get this company, you will move out of your subdivision within 2 years because of mismanagement. Your subdivision will turn into a cesspool because all your HOA fees go towards paying PO solutions rather than taking care of the maintenance of the subdivision.
Not willing to listen uses a tenant screening service On-Site in California. Huge privacy risk renter pays $40 per adult non refundable. Told report shows info you know is not true and can be proved. No there is nothing we can do but thanks for your $80.
The absolute worse home rental company to ever rent a house from.If you rent 3221 Craven Ridge dr. in Powder Springs.You will always have problems.The driveway is broken badly/probably will never be repaired due to expenses.The husband patches repairs that never works/the wife Cathy Ledford has no professionalism.
As a resident and Director in a community managed by AMP, I can say that they have are the best management company we have had. (2 in the last 5 years) We recently got a new Board and they have been by our side every step of the way. I have found them to be very responsive to the Board as well as the residents. I am so glad we made the change. The have made my life so much easier and our community better!!!! Thanks Waymon, we really appreciate all that you have done for us and it is so nice to finally have a management company that cares about our Association and community.
This company is a scam. First I put my application in on a Sunday. I called Monday and spoke with Cathy she told me it would be a 48 hour turnaround to know if you was approved or not. She also stated that the lady Kimberly is not in the office today who processes applications. I called back on Tuesday to speak with Kimberly to make sure she received my application and all necessary documents. She then told me they have my application but not the second adult and she would call me back. She never called me back that day. So I called on Wednesday. She then said yes they have everything and I should know something by Friday. Today which is Thursday she called the other adult applicant and said we were denied because I accidentally put her social security number as mine. I explained it was an accident and I was rushing while doing the application can we put the correct one. She then stated no that both applications were denied for fraudulent. How is it fraudulent when I made a human error. I asked her is there anybody else I could speak with she said no. First it took you forever to process my application then you say because a human error I'm denied. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charges. They are crooks. Everyone makes mistakes and it wasn't like I used someone else social. I was just rushing when I did it.
I have rented from this company for over 3 years and am appalled by their unprofessionalism. Usually, my husband fixes smaller things that go wrong so we don't have to worry about dealing with them. The compressor in our fridge started going out almost a month ago. Our "maintenance man" (who just does this as a side job when convenient for him & who is also married to an Exclusive employee) blew off meeting us 4 times by sending a text that he couldn't make it either at the time or after he was supposed to be there. Now since it has been so long, our fridge quit cooling and all of our food was ruined. Also, goof luck trying to get anyone to answer your calls or call you back. They have tried screening my calls and never once have a recieved a call back. I always have to follow up with them. So rude and unorifessional. This is only one instance with this company that has been a disaster. There have been several more over the course of 3 years. STAY AWAY if you can. Trust me - you're better off!
Very first conversation with a representative and I was interrogated and disrespected. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Within the first sentence she became belligerent and completely out of line.
If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Save yourself the time and hassle of renting from this company. There is no "professionalism" involved when it comes to this place. If you do, however, enjoy renting from rude, unprofessional, people then these are the people for you. Where we live, it takes days to get any reply from them, they DO NOT answer the phone unless you call several times in a row, and we do not even have a real maintenance man. The one we have is the manager's husband who does this 'as a side job'. Took two months for them to actually fix our toilet and our water bill went from $40 to $180.
