First time coming to this Douglasville post office and someone from the back, I believe a manager came out to help me as well as other guests. The manager gave me the least cost option for the item I needed to have shipped.

Overall

This is the works post office, the staff is so rude it's unreal; and they constantly lose packages. Don't dare try to call and when it's 4:50pm they take the phone off the hook. The morbidly obese white man, is so nasty to customers along with the short hair white lady. I have noticed in the past 7 years the staff and mail person has changed a lot. If I could re-route my mail I would.
