This store needs to be shut down or new people need to be hired they are very disrespectful and rude all the time, and I´ve been here on plenty of different occasions. They don´t have any customer service skills and i went up there to ask the worker a question and the first thing he said to me was hes busy and motioned for me to move out of the line, don´t go here they don´t deserve the business.

This store straight up needs customer service skills. The woman behind the register was rude because she closes at 8 and we were there at 745. Then she calls a worker over to try to rush us out with about 50 in sales in our hand. I will never ever shop here again.

I just left there with my sisters and we were looking at the hair. We're laughing and having a good time when a short older Asian lady comes to us and tells us if we want to buy something let her know if not don't play in the store. I am a grown women who knows how to behave in public. I can laugh if I want as long as I'm not disrupting others which I wasn't. I'll never shop there again. I felt the way she approached us was rude and discriminating.

I have been patronizing this business for nearly 10 years now. I have always experienced excellent customer service, until today. I arrived at the Fairburn Road location just after 5:00 PM. Upon my arrival I went straight back to the wigs and picked up the ones I wanted to try on. The wig girl was busy so I waited for her to become free. When she was finally finished with her current customer I showed her the wigs I wanted to try. At that point I was greeted with a, "oh no! If you want to buy you know try on." At that that point, I asked to speak with the manager. I don't believe he was the manager, because in the nearly 10 years that I've shopped at this location, I had never seen this man before. but, I digress. I explained to him what had occurred and all he told me was that they are close now and he cannot help me. Needless to say I will never return to this location nor will I do business with any of their other beauty supply locations. They have officially lost a long time customer.
