NTB National Tire & Battery

Very rude and racist. I bought new tires and a one year alignment.  I discovered I had bad ballast joints and replaced them with stronger camber bolts that have to be torqued tighter than the factory ones. I tried to explain this to the service manager and I was blown off. I then informed the tech that the camber bolts are upgraded and they need to be torqued to 100 foot pounds instead of factory torque.  In exact word I was told" get the f*** out and I know what the hell I'm doing white boy". This was my second and last shot I gave them. The last time I had a alignment done the left my tie rod end nuts loose and left one camber bolt loose. If any of those come loose I would have lost all control of my vehicle. Eddie is the guy that used the volger language. I am done with ntb and will spread the word of my experience.  On top of that, I have been here for almost 3 hours for a alignment when I have watched people without appointments come in and out ahead of me. Only difference is color.

Do not go to them. Got 4 tires about 2 years ago which had 45,000 mile warranty on them. I go back in because I needed new tires and my friend said there might be a warranty on them and could get them replaced. I did go back in and Ron at the Douglasville store said that they were bald, sidewalls gone, and terrible tires. I left my information after he checked my milage - 23,000 miles on the tires. Called the manager yesterday and she told Ron that she would give me 40.00 off new tires. Call corporate today and they were willing to pro rate my tires based on the tires on the back and apply that to new tires?????? Really I don't want crappy replacement tires. I will not do buisness with them again. I should get a REFUND for the milage left and they can have the tires.

DONT USE DOUGLASVILLE NTB .THE PRICE WAS WAY OFF WHEN CALLED ANOTHER STORE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE 4 OF THAT TIREANDTHAT WAS NOT THERE CHEAPEST TIRE

after being on hold for 15 minutes i decided to call back and was put on hold again so i decided to take my repair elsewhere, less money for you ntb

This is the worst place I have ever patronzied. The idiots at the shop broke my hood prop, scratched the paint on my hood, and broke the radiator, and then refused to fix it. I don't think one person with this company understands what customer service is. We now have to hire a laywer to get shotty work fixed because they will not take responsibility. If you want your car to run after it's serviced, don't bring it here.
