I bought a leather sofa and a lift chair they didn't have the supposedly tall back chair at the store it was at there warehouse so I took there word on it they also said if it wasn't high enough I had 3 days to return it I have talked to the manager 4 times customer service 2 times then transferred to the manager of the Kennesaw store who is supposedly calling the district manager and having him to call me back as of yet I've had this chair for two and a half weeks and still no help be manager of a Douglasville store Eric has disappointed me greatly I will never buy anything from them again

I purchased nearly $ 5,000.00 ...

I purchased nearly $ 5,000.00 worth of furniture from Lazy Boy in douglasville Ga. I refused to accept 2 peices of furniture when the delivery truck came because of the quality of workmanship on one of the pieces a reclinder and since I jhad purchased a ottermen to match I refused it also. That was in June and I am still waiting for my money to be returned., it is now Jully nearly a month ago . the salesman said he was going to contact the corporate office but I am still waiting. I will not be purchasing from Lazy boy again.

Overall
decieved/lied to

My husband and I have bought about $3,000.00 worth of furniture at lazy boy galleries all with the extra costing protection guard($100)per piece. We then had some problems with the furniture. The seam ripped and a piece on the sofa bed broke off. we 1st called the protection guard people and were told basically all they covered was liquid damage(which was not what we were led to believe at all) they told us to call the store for the manufactures warranty which is only for a year, that was why we bought the now known useless extra protection. Upon calling the store they said we lived outside the range of them coming to fix it, and that we would have to lug this big sleeper sofa into the store(we live over a hour away in the country), which they conviently did not tell us at the time of purchase. I felt very decieved and lied to by these people they knew we lived a long ways away(we told them) but they convieniently did not mention any of this. When buying They just kepy sayin we would have no problems if anything went wrong. We felt very decieved and when I called them they just kept saying that this was all in the FINE print.
