First Class Electric

I lost power due an issue with my main breaker. Googled nearby contacts for electricians and ended up calling First Class Electric and so glad I did! I reached Mr Moore who agreed to come out and diagnose my issue after hours which was a lifesaver, otherwise I would have been left without power overnight. He was prompt, able to quickly identify my issue and reasonably priced-highly recommend First Class Electric!

Bill came to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem. Explained to me (in lamens terms) what was wrong, fixed it. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or anyone who may be in need of an Awesome Electrician!!!

William came and quoted me a job to install my electric car charger in my garage. He came the next day and completed the job in about three hours that other electricians quoted would take at least a day to do and William did the job for less than he quoted when he was done. A very professional job! His timeliness and responsiveness were right on. It's a pleasure dealing with a real craftsman that takes pride in his trade. I recommend him without reservation for whatever electrical job you have.

I contacted First Class. Electric for multiple projects in my home. Apparently there business number is a cell phone, Bill Moore asked me text him the address and the details of the projects I wanted completed and he would be at my home at 10am or earlier on Saturday. I sent the text immediately. This was on Thursday, a did not receive a response until Friday night around 8:30pm stating that he would not be able to make the appointment, he had to go out of town. I had adjusted my travel schedule to be there, which was very disappointing. Apparently First Class Electric is one person, Bill Moore with a cell phone. He did try to reschedule, however I have decided to hire a more reliable contractor with additional resources. Beware of websites they can be misleading.

I needed a quick fix done on some wiring for an outlet. It's the Friday after Christmas, and I expected not to be able to get anyone to my house until the first or second week of January. First Class Electric was the first number I dialed. Bill was on his way in from out of town, and happened to be going my way on his way home. He gladly dropped by, already pretty sure what the problem was, and was in and out in 10 minutes, problem solved!!! For someone to do that on his way home from holiday vacation is so kind!! Thank you!!

Within minutes of calling, our technician, William, showed up and quickly assessed our electrical issues. After thoroughly explaining what the issues were, he quickly remedied the situation and had our home's electrical system up and running again. Will definitely use again!

They were on time and very well mannered. They completed the job of installing recessed lighting in my kitchen, also they did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a FIRST CLASS JOB.

So pleased with my new under-counter lights installed by First Class Electric. Bill, the owner, and his crew did the job quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier. Before I decided to use First Class, I had a couple of other electricians look at the job. One of them told me it would be too hard to do. Another quoted me an outrageous price. Bill took the time to discuss all my options and help me decide which way to go.

After the job was completed, one of the lighting units stopped working. Bill sent someone out to replace it immediately. Couldn't recommend First Class enough .

I left a message with Bill, the owner, and received a callback within the hour. The job was quoted over the phone for a very reasonable price and an appointment was set up to install a ceiling fan. They showed up, on time, took care of all my concerns and I even had them do an additional job while they were there. My invoice came in exactly as quoted. They're fast, professional, courteous and won't leave you with a big mess when they're gone. What more could you ask for? I wouldn't call anyone else.

I made the right choice when I called First Class Electric. To my surprise William, the owner, answered my call on a Sunday. Right away he made an appointment to come that week and provide me with a quote. They ran lines for 2 ceiling fans and a living room ceiling light and left the work area very clean. I was extremely impressed with their prompt professional work at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them for my future projects and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any electrical work.

We had an electrical emergency - tree fell on power line and pulled entrance cable from house. Called two other companies that would not come out same day. Called First Class and they exceeded expectations - came out about an hour after the call on a rainy Sunday night, during NBA finals and got us ready for GA Power to do their part. Thanks!

First Class Electric added 6 five inch cans , 1 dimmer for the cans and 2 GFCI in my kitchen. I have to say they are great there was only one hole that had to be patched and that was on the wall not in the ceiling. I will refer them for any electrical need someone has. Very professional.
