So disappointed with the customer service of the Douglasville office. My crown comes off every 5 to 6 months. The last time I swallowed it. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for Corporate to approve a replacement. Waited 3 weeks to the day and called to see if it had been approved and was told it would be a couple of days. That was 2 weeks ago. I've been calling to speak to the young lady that was helping me but she is always either busy at the moment or has stepped out or out of the office that day. I have left messages and she will not return my calls. Not sure what the hold up is but this is not the quality of service I would expect from this office. They will call you 2 or 3 times and text to remind you of your appointment but a courtesy call to keep you updated on anything else is not part of the customer service I guess.
AWFUL experience at the Douglasville location for the first crown, so I decided to go to a different office to get my second crown done. When I called the office to get my x-rays transferred, I was told I had a $200 credit. So for that reason ONLY, I made an appt to get the 2nd crown done there. Had a 3:00 appt, was sent back at 4:00 to be seen because they were running behind. They then rushed through the crown procedure, as I was the last patient. The temporary fell off within a couple of days. So I can back a couple of days later and they put it back on, fell off again a week later. I called to let them know and was then informed the $200 credit was a MISTAKE and I OWED them $200. I was livid. This was the ONLY reason I went back to this office. I then went to another office to get the temporary put back on and the assistant had to completely restructure the temporary crown to get it to fit properly. After this visit, I didn’t have a single problem with the temporary.

I went to the office in Mableton and it was terrible. Every visit I had a different hygienist. When I would ask for the last one that cleaned my teeth I was told the person no longer worked there. The wait time is horrendous even when you schedule and early morning appt. Prepare to wait 30 to 45 minutes past your scheduled time. The office looks dirty, dingy and out of date. And if they don't find anything wrong with your teeth, they try to scare you into paying $60 out of pocket for an oral cancer screening.
I'M GOING TO KEEP TRYING. I have no cavities and went in for a simple cleaning and to find an honest dentist. Cleaning is covered by my insurance at no out of pocket expense. They wanted to do a special type of cleaning that is not covered by insurance . And they tried to set me up for thousands of dollars in services that I don’t need. ARE THERE ANY HONEST DENTIST in DOUGLASVILLE??????????
