They refuse to tell me whether, or not they carry the medication I had a prescription for, unless I brought it in. STUPID!!!!!!
I wish I could give this place Zero stars. It is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are slow and the staff are rude.
The employees in the pharmacy are lacking customer service skills. I walked up to the counter and the employee saw me and just kept sorting papers. She never acknowledged me. The pharmacist came in and did the same. I finally told them I had a prescription to be filled and she just took the bottle and did not say anything. This is the second time I have had a bad experience. They need to learn that customers are paying their salaries.
No other Pharmacy can beat D and B Pharmacy on their prices, They saved Us over $150.00 a month on just My Husbands RX's !!! They're very friendly and go out of their way to help their customers in any way they can....I highly recommend D and B Pharmacy to EVERYONE !! Yes They have Us as forever customers. Mrs. Fagan.
Walmart Pharmacy Store #1488 (Douglasville GA) I will start off by saying never again will I go to a Walmart for prescriptions. I may take it further and not go to Walmart period. I spend over $1000.00 a month at Walmart. I dropped off my prescription at 7pm and the assistant asked if I want to wait for it to be filled. I stated, no I would pick it up in the morning. He stated ok, it will be ready for you. You will get a text. The next morning, I still had not received a text and I had to go pick up the prescription and start taking it prior to surgery. Well I went to pick it up, and they did not have the prescription ready. They also stated that they had the “real” brand, but not the “generic”. The pharmacist stated that it would be later on that evening or maybe the next day before they would have that in stock. If did not start taking the medication that day, I would not be able to start the surgery. The pharmacist stated he was “sorry”. There was nothing he could do. I stated that he could give me the “real” brand for the same cost of the “generic” brand since they were out of stock and it was over 12 hours that they knew this issue. The pharmacist stated he was “sorry”. I took the “real” brand for $75 difference out of my pocket for their incompetence of having drugs on hand or getting them to the store. I stated that the pharmacist said they were sorry for not compensating for their mistake or miss-management of the pharmacy. And not trying to make the situation better for the customer. NEVER AGAIN…. As far as rating I have to give it a 1 because there is no way on the web to give negative star rating.
Very poor customer service , and willingness to take the extra step to satisfy the customer, instead of giving my child a pill to tie him over till next day they choose to pass the prescription to cvs, even though son prescription was ready at another walgreens on chapel hill rd.
The employees are great! They just need more help!! You have to wait if you need help with the photo department. Usually there is only one person working up front to do that and check out.
