This Gamestop is much better than the one at the mall; however, as a major chain retailer, you'll find a limited selection here. If you're only out for a new or recent used title, this Gamestop isn't a bad place to go if you live in the area. The lines, noise, and cramped spaces of the Arbor Place location are nowhere near as bad at this store. Prices are... predictable, but you can occasionally get lucky on less popular used games.
Every time I go to this GameStop store; the staff is extremely helpful, they always have what I came for, and the prices ROCK! My last visit, today, and on a previous visit; there was a particular employee that went above and beyond to assist me in making several different purchases. He is a black man that just so happens to be in a wheelchair. If you see him in the store, he will help you however he can. I never have a problem bringing games back, returning gaming equipment, or making sure I don t buy a game I won t like. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciate a company that remembers great customer service. Thanks GameStop! I also love that every time I have asked about a game or system, the staff was very knowledgeable, even about games that were not out yet. They never fail to impress me and I do all my game shopping their.
