I just received a call saying that I had a package at US customs in Douglas, AZ. I have no idea who sent something to me that would need to be sent thru customs.I have tried calling and calling, with no answer. I finally stayed on the phone, pretending that I had a rotary phone, and the person that answered had no idea how to help me, and gave me an extension, that also did not answer the phone. I am sure they are extremely busy, but as a taxpayer, I expect some kind of help when needed. I am not sure who will read this message, but I am hopefully that it gets to someone, or helps to get customs more trained and knowledgeable staff.
