        I have used the company on different occasions for appliance repair and was pleased. However, the last experience was quite poor. I called for a service repair on a GE Dryer. The repair job lasted for one week. I called to report the problem to Scot Holmes who promised to return to fix the dryer again. He never showed up and did not call.I decided to purchase a new dryer and concluded that the service has gone down hill.
