Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made the reservation online with my debit card and when I get there they tell me I can't rent a car unless I have a bill in my name and/or my paycheck stubs because I have a debit card and not a major credit card. I have never had a problem like that with any other car rental company.

The agency in Doran Alabama gave me a great experience on my last minute pickup and booking. Another reason I always drive with Enterprise.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car Office in Dothan, Alabama was a great office to rent a car from. Their people are friendly and fast. The Dothan office is the best I have ever rented from.

Rental used for business travel. The last two times (within a month of each other) has been horrid. Employees do not seem to care about the customer or providing any type of service to " get them on their way." The cars have been quickly washed and detailed (if you want to call it detailed) and the SMELL OF SMOKE in BOTH CARS has been unbearable. I had to get air fresheners just to drive it and then smelled like smoke when I got to my destination. SINCE there is a NO SMOKING POLICY and fine attached, you have to ask yourself why this is a PROBLEM. But they just tell you, "sorry this is all we have and then spray something in the car" I would advise better detailing, better employees who at least act like they care and for the company to uphold the policies when people smoke in rentals. Raise the fine, enforce the fine Do something! If there had been an other option, I would have used them!

On the day that I rented a vehicle, I was very pleased with the service. The wait time for the rental was minimum and the return was extremely quick.

Great rental company, very accommodating, New 2016 car, wait time to rent was a little long but return was painless.

I have used Enterprise Rent A Car in Dothan, Al twice now. I have to say they were exceptional with the Customer Service. The ladies up front knew my name and carried on a conversation with me about where i was going. They made me feel like i was a friend not just a customer. I would recommend anyone needing to rent a car to go see them here in Dothan. I was super satisfied with both cars i rented. They explained everything to me. I definetly will go back again when i need to rent a car.
