Went there today and was told I had severe gingivitis I wanted to give me a prescription to take home and treat it myself my insurance did not cover the treatment which was $300 which is absolutely ridiculous. needless to say I will be going back to my old dentist. Also told them I did not want whitening done to my teeth I just wanted a cleaning and they still wrote it on my records that I want in my teeth whitened
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT I WAS HUNG UP ON AND TALKED OVER BY THE "OFFICE MANAGER" AND "DR"
Kelly and the Dr are very unprofessional, incompetent and rude and do not care about thier patients at all
Very expensive. Brought my records from another dentist office. It took me a month to get an appoint.
Haven't been to the dentist in years. They made me feel at ease and didn't give me a guilt trip. Very pleasant experience.
This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. They have terrible customer service, billing and patient care. Don't use this office.
