SCAM LOT!! My truck caught fire and burned to the ground while not running and parked at the mall, 8 days after I bought it. I returned to give them a chance to make it right, Instead he threatened to kick my A.. If I didn't leave, and he has now tried suing me for the rest of the payments!!! GTFO!!! Just glad It didn't happen while parked next to my house like the before photo... BUYER BEWARE, I got played, don't be like me.
The salesmen, managers, and the owner are all dishonest and rude. After saying over and over that they take care of military they talked bad about other soldiers and then ripped me off. I was significantly overcharged and lied to repeatedly. They took and withheld the window sticker and tried to charge me for things my vehicle doesn't have. After pleading with the managers and owner multiple times they refused to do anything to help.I have spoken with several local agencies to file complaints and have heard from several people about their dishonest practices.
This is a great company to deal with. They have very fair prices have great customer service. I would recommend Kayla or Wayne to anyone who needs a car. Also I could not believe they have a service contract on all of their cars. I found this out after I purchased the vehicle.

We wanted a truck or something with a towing package. The sales mgr suggested a Jeep,no tow package and definitely not a truck. He argued and pushed this said vehicle until we broke,we were in need of a vehicle. The day it was purchased,we had Jim Whaley Tires put on 4 decent tires b/c all five included the spare we're bald as a baby's ass. Two weeks to the date,we had to take it to their shop to fix a busted radiator,charged us $200 extra. Then a month later,the battery was leaking acid,$80 extra from Wal-Mart!!! Top it off,we had to replace the alternator and damn serpentine belt $250 and a month later,back on the road. Now they wanna repo it and say,(that's what you get when you buy used). Piss poor management and dealership!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
I had previously thought Bondy's was a great dealership (other than the service department). I can now tell you that they lie to you to sell you extras during the car buying process. If you are unlucky enough to actually have to use these things watch out and expect to have to put money out! I purchased the GAP insurance and unfortunately had an accident that totaled the vehicle. I was told that the GAP would cover anything that the insurance didn't cover. It was a flat out lie! They tried to say it was my insurance companies fault but the bottom line is they lied to me. I asked them to cover the 700.00 that the GAP did not pay and the general manager said he would give me 700.00 if I purchased a vehicle. I told them we weren't replacing the vehicle and he said that was the only way he would do it. He acknowledges that they were wrong by offering to write me a check but only if I buy another car. Bottom line is they did not disclose what GAP would not cover and the document that was signed does not tell you either. I am very disappointed with Bondy's Nissan and it's management. I had always recommended them but now I will never recommend them again. Also they pay you to write a good review for them which makes me wonder about the honesty in all these reviews.
I see some bad reviews on here and I'm not sure what to attribute them to other than customers generally being rude. I have recieved better customer service at this establishment than anywhere. The ladies in the money department are kind and understanding, the salesmen are polite and not pushy, and the manager like is amazing. My salesman, Dee, was very flexible with my schedule and appropriately matched my needs to a vehicle I love. Dee was never pushy and was very good at answering the 1,000 questions I asked him. Michael Spurlock the manager has gone above and beyond to help me be in a reliable vehicle. About a week after purchasing my used vehicle something needed repaired with it (to no fault of my own or the dealership) and even though I purchased the vehicle without warranty they fixed the issue free of charge. I would recommend this place to anybody, do not hesitate to give them a call and drop by... They are awesome.

Place wasted my time. Offered me 10,500 for my truck when i was thinking about buying a truck from them. When I decided I didn't want to buy a truck from them they said they didn't want to buy my truck either then. Sam was the douche that looked at it and wasted my time. The same truck they offer me 10,500 for they had an older one identical selling it for 3k over what they even offered me. Crooks here.
