The APX entities and/or DBAs (Air Parcel Express, Inc. and/or APX Worldwide and/or APX International and/or Global Max and/or Freight Calculator), Virginie Guerra-Mondragon (also known as Virginie de Jaham), and Andy Guerra-Mondragon (also known as Andres Guerra-Mondragon) stole over $5,000 from me in September 2016 and have refused to return the remaining $1,200 (plus interest) and other damages (including treble damages for civil theft). They gave me a quote to ship a container in September 2016 and within minutes of me wiring over $5,000 to them, they represented they would not honor the quote. What a contrivance! At that time, they agreed to reject my wire and return my funds to me immediately. They, however, failed to do so and intentionally misrepresented the return of my funds--keeping all of my stolen funds for several months until I gave notice under Florida civil theft statutes that they were liable for treble damages.Since the initial theft of my funds, Virginie and Andy have engaged in multiple instances of fraud and intentional misrepresentations--many of which I have in writing and am happy to provide to any interested party. It has been more than an ordeal to get even $4,350 back from them. Virginie and Andy now represent, as of November 2017, that they will not pay back the rest of my stolen funds, interest, plus other damages (including treble damages for civil theft). Virginie also represented that several other individuals and companies are not being paid by the APX entities. This does appear to be the case given consumer reviews on Florida Better Business Bureau website and the pissed off consumer website. Please do not do business with the Guerra-Mondragons or any shipping company affiliated with them. Virginie and Andy have lied with ease to me over and over again with the clear, felonious intent to permanently deprive me of my property. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to Andy, Virginie, and their shipping company.

these guys use centraltransport.com which iis tantamount to commercial suicide if you need something within a specified time period.central transport from warren michigan is incompetent and runs only dark terminals so they not only cant tell you what is going on with your freight, they themselves dont know. Worse they cant even manage to call you back if you request more information. King and queens of the cut and paste response. customer service is something they read from a artifical insemination magazine. They have customer service reps, whose only job is to bat the ball back.. they dont know what is going on and make up stuff till you shut up, meanwhile calendar pages flip with the wind. Their motto is "shut up and wait".
Luis the 'president' of DGD Transport told me he 'didn't want to do business with people like us' because we were frustrated that his staff is unaware of how the trucking industry works, we made clear to them that our container was FULLY released, as well as provided documentation proving it was released sent by our broker. After several calls back and forth, DGD claiming the container was not released, and us claiming it was released, Kenny confessed that we were right, that it was in fact released, of course no apology from them. Both David and Kenny were very rude about the whole situation. All container documents were sent on February 14th, it is now February 21st and they have not followed up with us AT ALL. We paid them in FULL, and now, after calling to find out what's going on with our container, they claim that they can't deliver our container until Wednesday (February 22nd). Apparently they do not have enough drivers. They also run off of bank factoring because they do not have enough money to operate. We import several containers per year and we have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional company before. If you are looking for a trucking company, I suggest using a different one. DGD is not worth the hassle. The results ended with Luis 'president' of DGD calling me to tell me that he is refunding our money because he does not want to deal with people like us. How professional. We have been importing containers for our firework company since we were established in 1994, DGD has only been in business since 2011, they have a lot to learn. Do business elsewhere. There are plenty of other trucking companies in Miami.
Premium Express Cargo is connected with fraudulent dealings. Beware! This company is participating in fraud. Someone named Feliz Castro is getting goods delivered there that were payed for with my stolen paypal credit.
Very poor customer service, after being ignored for 15 min I asked for help and they did nothing to help me. I left for another company. It's a shame to find the same treatment for customers I experienced 15 years ago back in Venezuela. I rather pay a couple of $ more per cubic foot and feel well attended by people genuinely interested in business.
This address ordered merchandise fraudulently and charged $300 from my bank account! Do not know how they got my info. DO NOT TRUST. If you see this address know it is a scam and report it right away.
We would never recommend this company. They could not pick up our container in a timely manner, which resulted in storage fees we had to pay. Mr. Lacayo, Sales Manager, was our contact at this company and he as horrible to deal with. They cancelled our job at the last minute which left us in a horrible bind and cost us additional money. They left us scrambling to find a replacement transport company. We left them a bad review on Google. This resulted in multiple calls from Mr. Lacayo. After informing him, we had nothing to say to him and blocking his numbers, we received calls from a man who identified himself as Luis Lopez, President of DGD Transport, who threatened us with legal action if we did not remove the review. Our review stands.
This address was used as a shipping point for fraudulently ordered merchandise. an online order was placed with my info and this address as shipping
They are very reliable. Always available for whatever we need. Very happy to make business with them. CLS/Cavalier team. ;)
