This place is the absolute worst John who works in the management office should be fired immediately.
If you want your building to fall apart, this might be an option for you. They were mismanaging our condo for 10 years, costing hundreds of thousands of dollars in overpriced contracts, the incompetent manager by the name of Mike managed to lose records of all the key board meetings when financial decisions were made (condominium are required to keep records for 7 years and he lost them). DBPR fine him for $1500 and he resigned from the firm. The building had ongoing plumbing leaks always in the same places because the leaks wouldn't be repaired properly the first time. Mold, mildew, concrete falling off, etc... Building had two elevators and one would usually be out of service- same company would come out to service every week without addressing the issue of the problem. Contracts from garbage removal to lawn service were several times the other buildings nearby. Would rate F- and that's being lenient.
a management of this company use I lacked the respect laughing of my accent in English besides that it allows that the security manages to high speed inside of the community is incredible nobody cares

This company manages (and are likely the cause of) the grimiest of the "luxury" buildings (The Loft II) located in downtown/Brickell. The place has a terrible reputation of tenants dealing in illegal substances and tenant pet owners who allow their pets to relieve themselves in the hallways, lobbies, other public places and a front desk security supervisor who takes it upon himself to call himself "the management" and the building, "his building", which anyone can see through as an ego trip. The guy, Yasdany, is childish, aggressive, unprofessional, and should not be in any position of authority or customer service. Building management does not ever return calls and only responds by email after multiple emails and calls. I submitted a case, called and emailed repeatedly, and didnt hear back for weeks. My friend is a tenant who's lived there for several years and has never once got the management on the phone. The elevators show inspections expired in 2014. Despite rigid policies to fine tenants for guest use of entry cards, the security indiscriminately doesn't check IDs of those entering the building. The binder of rules presented to tenants are the association's attempts at controlling the rodeo chaos resultant of third-party management driven by the quick revenue of fining tenants while a 30-something stable boy plays lord while his masters are gone.
Their customer service department is outstanding. Their property managers behave very professional. Their accounting department is excellent. Highly recommend!

Would never recommend or do business with them, i contacted them on many occasions to report unethical business practices and no one returns the calls or responds to emails. The realtor would release confidential lock box code information via text to allow access to properties. Showed up late for most showing and un prepared.
