HelloI would love there is -10 stars.1- they that you beautifully until you make a deposit after no response2- They lie about they having material and they do not3- They tell you all will be ready in a week and for me is been 8 months.4-after you get tired and ask for a refund on your money, the owners specially Ailyn (owner) will get crazy and yell at you with no respect for their customers,saying their materials are NOT refundable, after keeping your money for 8 months!!!5- Bottom line, you will have to spend $500 in filling a county court claim, get them to court and see if that helps thas is what I am doing now.NEVER EVER buy from this Fraudulent people.Amanda Ortega954 549 4753
I thought I was getting a great deal when contracting National Tile & Marble Suppliers, Inc to supply the 32 x 32 Porcelain Tiles, materials and provide the installation. Be very careful when contracting with National Tile & Marble. I had experienced multiple issues and the owner Humberto Marrero is very far from being professional in dealing with the issues. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, he adds more stress on the customer, as if the customer is to blame. List of Issues:1) Delivery of Tiles - Make sure your tile being delivered are not already cracked or chipped, because the Owner Humberto Marrero will dispute replacement or refund. I had 2 boxes of fully cracked tiles and several chipped tiles. It took an act of God to have him replace the boxes (difficult to reason on the issues). Take pictures of damage tiles, because your word means nothing to National Tile & Marble. 2) Scheduling - Be prepare to have them not commit to the time specified. You would need a minimum of two weeks for a small 1000 sqft project.3) Demolition - The removal of the first floor tiles was a incomplete. The two contractors from National Tile left some original chipped tiles in many areas. They did not remove the old thin set mortar from the concrete floor and even left some grout on the thin set. They also caused some minor damage to a water line with no offer to repair (I had to fix at my expense). Most importantly they left a mess. The floor was not properly swept, which circulated lots of dust throughout the house. Dust and thin set everywhere. 4) Tile Installers - Also contractors from National Tile, they needed guidance. If left up to them, they would have installed the 32x32, where it would have left a 3 inch tile at the end of a 25 ft wall. They were not clean, they left grout everywhere, left for us to remove (took 5 hours). They also left a mess in the backyard with cracked tiles and mortar mix stains for us to clean up.
The worst customer service ever. Only care for their money. Do not care about customer at all. Do terrible work. Lost for words how terrible they are in each and every way I can think of. Stay a way!!! If I could I would give 0 stars.
Worst customer service ever. Spoke with owner ( Marylin) she said was her name after receiving 1 and 1/2 pallets of a tile we purchased from this "establishment" mind you we had done a previous purchase with them about a year and a half ago and had no problems. After unpacking the pallets and noticing 3 boxes that we paid for this company to deliver to our house had come with cracked tiles and wanting to exchange them they did nothing but give us the run around and telling us they would do absolutely nothing because it was our tile installers fault that he had broken these tiles in these three boxes . She lost us as customers for life and anyone else we can forwarn TO NOT BUY from this place because they put the customer last over 3 boxes of broken tile.
