Toys R Us

I have never reviewed any place before, but I had to write one for this Toys R Us. I was so disappointed because it happened to me 2 times already. I ordered something online for " in store pick up" because I had no time to be looking for the stuff. Both of the times I had to wait around 25 minutes for the associates to get my order. The "in store pick up" is located where they have the baby registries, so I had to wait for them to finish helping the people creating their registry list. It makes no sense that a service that is supposed to save you time, actually takes more time than me going to the store and look for the items I want.

Horrible customer service. No lying, one hour and a half calling the store. I decided to go to the store without hanging up. I got to the store and nobody picked up. When I approached one of the asociates, I showed her the phone and how much the counter showed she just turned around to the customer service's desk and showed me there wasn't anybody there and she went back to her business. No apologies and no reason why nobody would answer. This is really a bad business for the store.

All managers and supervisors giving a lot of instructions by walkie talkie and the lines were endless. It was 11:00am and they were very desorganized.... Christmas started and they are very lost.
